The cops aren't gonna change policy, only these carpet baggers and politicians could do that. There needs to be committees that are not part of the police department to investigate police because policy needs to reflect the rights of the people but now it's just 'officer safety' and this comes from the training and top ones that aren't gonna change policy because it works for them. You think they are gonna change their own policies and help them get away with torturing and robbing people of their dignity and freedom for 'their safety' since that seems to be more important the our rights.
