This has happened to me. Downtown New Haven, Connecticut, I was 18 recording somebody get arrested. I knew sitting on the bench by the ticket booth. A cop saw targeted me and told me to stop. I said no grabbed me by the head and punched me. Two of the cops had my arms behind my back.They were screaming, tase him tase him tase him. I went to internal affairs the next day, the guy said, oh, i'm great friends with this officer and I got put on probation and had to write a letter of an apology. I wish I could sue for it now. They even put in his report that he punched me multiple times
