Man, i had the same problem. I was at the red light waiting, when the green arrow came on for me i started to go. I noticed the car coming towards me wasn't slowing, so a swerve back to the right and he smashed into me. Well, the cop totally lied on the police report, even though there were traffic cameras that showed what happened. I think the other driver knew the cop, and didnt want to be at fault.
