Special Recognition Award for Wisconsin Ornithologist Noel Cutright

On October 1, 2013, ornithologist Noel J. Cutright received a surprise Special Recognition Award from the Wisconsin DNR honoring his leadership, service, and passion for Wisconsin's bird populations and their habitats. The Kentucky Warbler - Noel's favorite bird - was featured on a plaque presented by DNR Land Division Administrator, Kurt Thiede, at the end of Wisconsin Public Radio's Larry Meiller Show. Noel and Bill Volkert were guests discussing bird migration.
