I have never ever in my life though or even heard about country called Ireland, and just now after I read a book where the story take place between dub and cork, I am with crazy obsession about this country and that is why I am watching this vedio, and I wish next years I go there and see Ireland by my eyes
Came back from Ireland a few weeks ago. Visited Dublin, Limerick, Ennis, Trim, Galway and Cork. Honestly, I got an impression that Dublin is more for elderly folk and American tourists on the quest for "their Irish ancestry". Unfortunatelly, I spent only one night in Cork, but it was a-m-a-z-i-n-g... I've seen an excellent hardcore punk concert in Fred Zeppelin, a drag show in Vibe, a standup show (it was fucking hilarious!) in a pub I forgot the name, a pro-Palestinian demo ❤ and I even ended up in the townhall for the election result announcement :) all this in like 5 hours! Magical place. The whole Ireland really, but the next time I visit that country I'll start from Cork, spend more days there and then move northwards.
I saw graffiti in a toilet in cork in 1981 that said “Dublin rules, Cork fools” but 40 years on, the great thing about Dublin is that the government is there, miles away from us.
Im a Dub and i luv cork and they have better weather than dublin and the people are as nice as they come,go on u langer, are u from cork aru do ya ate da shpuds ya do shkins an all i do ja choke no not at all 🍀🇮🇪🍀🤣👍
Tbh I don’t really get the whole Dublin is British thing…nothing there I find to be anymore or less ‘British’ than any other Irish cities such as Cork or Limerick. It’s not like Belfast at all where I can actually see and feel the Britishness. Also, I don’t think there’s this ‘underlying’ Britishness to Dublin either. Anyhow, feel free to disagree. Peace out ✌️
