I didn't conduct the most thorough research, but from what I found, this has not been discovered before. However, there are numerous glitches with Ridley getting stuck in the Norfair fight, so I assume it's related to that. We'll see if glitch hunters have any interest in trakcing down what you did to trigger this...
And in classical Jon fashion, not only does he break the game, but I clicked off the video for a second, but when i come back the audio is broken. This was a me thing not the video, its just funny
