I haven't seen many politicians who talk with so many facts and figures.This guys knows his stuff and the command over subject matter is just brilliant.Every time I hear a BJP leader it feels that they are at least trying to make India a better nation despite of all the tantrums thrown by opposition.

Loved each and every word of this. AT least we got to know few details about the working of the govt system.
Today's Pune businesses, particularly the reality businesses, are hugely indebted by this person. Today, one can travel to Hingwadi from one's Goregaon house (starting at 5:30AM) or say from University of Pune to Kharghar on any quiet afternoons, in 50-55 mnts., in his/her 1.6 Palio . That is faster than doing the same by Air by about 2 Hrs !. ...... One has to remember that the the same blueprint was rejected by the earlier government for being unviable. ... Whenever I travel on this road, I thank him and the other thing I do is to worry about a cop with a speed gun.

We have started expecting miracles and magic from Modi and his government. 60 years of muck cannot be washed away in just a jiffy and more than that, the irony is we are expecting from the government to change everything overnight but we ourselves are not ready to bring that change anywhere , in any sphere of our lives. sach hi hai..Modi akele kya kya karega !! Government will only change if NDA won't communicate to the common person in Hindi. Also they should produce the report card to the public, qrtly, with proper videos and less personal images. Seeing is believing and the key to the power is still in the hands of the people, mostly from the villages, confined to the poverty line.

These days a person can travel from Chennai to Bangalore, a distance of about 320 Kms for around Rs 550/-. This is on an air conditioned luxury bus built by Volvo with a seating capacity for 45 occupants on push back seats.. This means that these operators can give a comfortable ride for just Rs 1.75 a kilometer. That translates to Rs 18/- for a 10 Km ride on an A/C bus. Compare this with Rs 110/- on a miserable auto rickshaw or Rs 35/- on a hot and dusty city bus.
Both of them charge vastly more than a Volvo ticket so why don't we have only A/C buses in all towns and cities. One will arrive fresh at the end of a daily commute of 10 Kms at a fraction of the cost.
With standee passengers increasing the load and the price of Diesel falling it will only become more and more cheap. Installing A/C's is a small modification which will also jobs for hundreds of thousands of mechanics. It will also result in thousands of owner driven cars going off the road.

Agreed Mumbai & Delhi is different than villages. But the problem is.. you politiicans have not been able to solve the problem of either. I am glad.
