Optimal Witness dps on all classes 5+ Million damage

The damage screenshots may be skewed since I feel titan did 5m+ dmg and warlock we didn't wipe on so I couldn't find a singular phase of damage but this just shows how you can effectively do dps on all 3 classes on the witness. If you want a guide to any of the classes or builds lmk in the comments.

This just amuses the heck out of me XD
*Hunter, massive keyboard spam, hitting all the buttons, hot swapping, landing hits, throwing nades, melees, the works, almost 7 million damage on a wipe phase*
*Warlock, a leisurely stroll, the simplest of actions. Nade, super, nade, shot, nade, shot, etc, hold onto a nade for the reload. 5.3, respectable, not the greatest, but for so little effort, very respectable*
*Titan, hard mashing all the keys once again, hot swapping, full switches, throwing super optimally, throwing out melees and nades for the slighest bit of extra damage. Getting everything proced, using it all and even staying until the slam and getting launched

XD granted, Warlock got an extra phase, this is true, if titan did probably would have gotten similar numbers as you state. But like lmao *has to do the same if not a more intense damage rotation as the hunter, gets the worst result out of the three*.

Hahah yeah these are really only proof of concepts since I had to pull in so many clips and screenshots they are bound to not match somewhere but I’ve seen a much easier rotation with hazardous propulsion and either cloud strike crux or still hunt apex that can dish out similar damage with half the effort

Nice video. I was lucky enough to get Euphony on my second clear so will try that strat on Warlock. Did you use Apotheosis Veil for exotic armor? I’m guessing thread of evolution fragment for more threadling damage and ascent to reload weapon when using grenade is best?

Yeah star eaters doesn’t work as well as people thought for strand so might as well use normal apotheosis on strand for those exact reasons

The warlock uses Euphony with thread of generation, ascent, warding and evolution for threading damage with weavers call and weave walk but those are pretty interchangeable with any aspect

euphony (salvation’s edge exotic) on strandlock, i play a prismatic version using star eater + apotheosis as opposed to straight up apotheosis which they are doing here (so i can’t go over fragments + aspects)

That Titan one was so bad compared to the others, all that work for way less damage.

This is definitely not optimal DPS on warlock. Still Hunt/Apex rotations, along with cloudstrike/wendigo rotations supplemented by star eater nova bomb will beat Euphony. Circa ~4.5m damage per normal phase with transcendence popped and constant debuff/surge/radiant uptime.

I’ve had issues with novabomb doing immune damage and the issues weren’t there with needle storm. It is possible it is just user error but that’s just what I’ve experienced.

Still hunt and apex is probably ur best call. The rotation will probably be similar to hunter with apotheosis star eaters thrown in the middle and a lot more manual reloads.

Nice! I wanna ask what roll the edge transit you have? I have an envious assassin + bait and switch but my mag never goes to where you’re at

Mine has counter mass, spike, envious and bait but the mag can go up to 7 by default if you have backup mag and with envious fully activated it’ll go up to 21 like mine does you just need to get 7 kills with a primary weapon, swap to edge and get another 7 kills before swapping again to get 21 in the mag. Couldn’t help the keyboard sounds tho cuz then I’d remove all game audio T-T

it's an exploit where you can use envious/bns and swap envious to cascade point while keeping the envious mag size, although envious is based off of base mag size - for optimal results you'd want Augmented Drum or Mini Frags with a backup mag mod
