i challenged rundles for 922 pounds that they claimed i owed to them for unpaid council tax , by reading her rights to her at my front door for harassment was gonna read her rights about forgery but she walked off like a robot got back in her car sat there for 20 minutes and drove off now my council tax has gone back to normal minus 22 pounds lol thanks guys

Correct, they know Marc is right but won't commit and because case law will end the deception, so they'll just keep kicking the can down the road.
It is using statute and case law which resulted in it being set aside...
people have been challenging this topic for decades, thats true. thousands of people have given up challenging because govt agents repeatedly give out misleading information i.e the finance act gives them power to collect CT. thats true.
the topic of the liability order and its issuance was scrapped in 2003 but the courts still operated on the assumption the LO was still a part of the gathering revenue process, which it wasnt and shouldnt have been.
so the reality is the LO dont exist so how can something that doesnt exist be put to one side or - "RIPPED UP"?
its great this case has been heard in front of an honourable judge and its great that this case will no doubt be taken further but the point is - if marc has had the LO 'set aside' and actually" 'won' his liability order hearing" then the 'setting aside' NEEDS TO HAPPEN FOR EVERYONE across the brisish isles!
so the real point of this video is that brian, lance and marc are depending upon people to contact their local courts, councils etc and notify them of this case because as things sit at the minute, the law has not been upheld and the 1992 finance act rules STILL apply. nothings changed and wont until you all write, email or call your local councils.
yeah well done for challenging the unlawful tax but there are still many many mountains left to climb.

The liability order comes from the council not the court so that is all a judge/majikstrate can do 😂

@@tcrookes2803 because a demand is not a bill, which makes it illegal under legalese as all legal processes need an agreement. All bills under the bills of exchange act need taxes to be explained & showed in them, CT do not do this so it's a demand & it's written on the CT letter. No one as explained in this video, can demand anything unless an agreement as been done.
PK have constantly stated that no one can impose their will on another and that's why obligation to pay CT has never been proven. CT is a statutory demand and has nothing to do with the BOE act. Yes, the councils have been naughty and put Bill instead of Demand and apparently, some councils have changed the wording to include demand as they've been caught out and forced to include it.@@stephenboyd4934
@@tcrookes2803 The form used for liability orders (form A) was removed oct 2003 and nothing was submitted in its place, council tax handbook edition 13?
@@josieholland4144yes the format wasn't replaced but the concept still exists. This is what needs clarifying and determined in a court. It's a mess that needs resolving

When it is published you’ll be able to use it but only for similar council tax cases
