Hi. I already bought s20 fe snapdragon 4G. My phone is awesome. It makes me smile after switching from poco. I feel 120 hz is quite different, not that choppy transition like on poco. I even compared it to iphone xs and ip 11. I feel s 20 fe is as smooth as those iphones. Even smoother. No lag, no excessive heat. Ghost touch? I don't find it till now. 2,3,4,5 fingers no problem at all. I think this new batch (September 2021) won't let you down. But I also recommend to all of you use swipe test app after purchase.
Yup. Yours is one of many videos that made me choose the phone. I don't think i will need 5G right now. Hope that I will change the phone in 2024 or 2025.
Both superb phones could easily recommend either. Camera better on FE but raw power go with P3, as he said, go with the 8gb model. Screen gorgeous on both models. Just a note; screen display dimming and battery drain fixed on latest MIUI update. Essentially if you want to save money and get better overall performance go with F3 (8gb) if you want a better camera go with the FE. Please note though that the F3 camera isn't terrible it's definitely acceptable for your daily snaps for social media.

Which one has the better looking display? I have an LG G7 and a S20 FE, the LG kicks the FE all day long even when both are at 1080p, clarity, contrast and sharpness are better on my LG even tho it has an IPS display.
Hey buddy! I'm sorry but I haven not used the LG G7 as its quite hard to get one in Malaysia. But what I can say is the S20 FE's display is good but not great like the S20 Ultra's, Note 20s and S21 series. Overall decent for me ✌️😏

I know the poco is better in relation price/quality, but where they sell it I only have 1 month of guaranty support, and the S20FE because is directly from Samsung I get better guaranties but not sure for how long, also I have a galaxy watch 4 that can be more compatible with Samsung phone. So do you recommend me go for the S20FE or Poco F3? Or should I go for the Xiaomi 11T Pro at 500$? (Same store where the poco f3 is)
Wow those two are my fav phones.. But I would go for the S20 FE snapdragon. Better cameras, UI, and wireless charging which is something I use. Not to forget the micro SD as well which helps when you want to use it for a long time. For me, it's worth the extra cost

Im not too sure yet but it seems if you're unlucky you might face it because it's a hardware defect then software. Even those who got the Exynos 4g or snapdragon 5g had it but mine is fine tbh 😉
hey brother, the difference between 6gb ram vs 8gb ram is large? I bought a S20 FE with 6GB/128GB, and now is avalaible the version with 8GB/256GB, but I don't know if worth it.
It just depends on what you do with your phone. If you just watch YT or FB and playing simple games, then 6gb ram is enough. If you play pubg, cod mobile etc. Then you need the 8gb ram more.

Both are from Samsung actually both are mostly the same panel. The problem is in Poco software the first 70-80% of the brightness slider is about 50% of brightness and the last 20-30% make a huge difference on Samsung is quite opposite

Damn bro, this is not a fair comparison, you didn't use max screen brightness level on F3 that's obviously. Even if you search by yourself "F3 vs S20 FE" you will see F3 brightness is way better.

At first S20 FE is still little bit pricey bcoz of pandemic situation. Well... now the difference of the price is not that far. U pay 100 more but u get more stable OS, better look and color (my subjective view), in finger print display, wireless charging, more long term OS Update and of course well known Customer Service Support. But i am kinda envy that poco f3 provides fast charger in the box. Gaming Performance? I think it depends on software or game updates.

For me I would spend that extra bit to get those better cameras, display, wireless charging and probably better UI and also not to forget it has a microsd slot 😁but I also know that not everybody wants to spend that extra 100 bucks so f3 is still a good phone at that price. @@DrHamezTech actually i used Poco X3 NFC. I encountered unstable UI, rubbish RAM Management, Wi-Fi connectivity problem and ghost touch. I also have Samsung m30s. Even though it doesn't have 120hz display, but gaming and UI performance is more stable. That's why i tried poco f3 and s20fe snapdragon from my friend. Even though F3 is better than X3, but i think One UI of S20fe is more stable in many aspects. The size and the color really match my interest. Next week my phone is gonna be ready and I will buy it. Because i am waiting red color and it's quite rare here. Navy color is the most favorite color here. Btw did you notice any ghost touch in your S20 fe snapdragon ?
Spot on with a lot of points! Yes MIUI has very poor RAM management even with 8gb RAM. S20 fe is very well balanced and I still use it until today as well. I did have a lot of ghost touch issues at the start then I changed my phone and after many updates, I barely notice it 😁
Oh tough choice mate! If it was purely based ony budget definitely the F3 is a great choice because the specs can last me a long time but for me I like wireless charging, better cameras and I really like OneUI so that's why I'll stick to the FE ✌️😉

I would assume that you may need to crank up the brightness maybe up to 70% at POCO to get the equivalent 50% brightness at FE. Side note, K40 is the China version of POCO F3 but K40 get super amoled while POCO F3 only get amoled screen.

Really depends on budget. If you don't mind paying more, the S20 FE offers better cameras, wireless charging, IP rating and good performance. If you wanna save a bit, the F3 is an excellent choice with a good display, battery life, decent cameras, and great performance 😉
Hey buddy! For me personally I didn't face any green tinting at all and I use it quite a lot at night as well. Haven't heard much issues on this as compared to the dimming issue which has been reported to be fixed in a latest update ✌️🙂
@@DrHamezTech I've googled about this and turned out I wasn't the only one having the same problem. There are forums such on xda that addressed this issue (similar to oneplus nord/8 pro tinting issue) and I'm quite unsure if it could be fixed via software update.
That's true but really depends what else you want. I prefer a better set of cameras, wireless charging etc. But I'm still using the Poco F3 for the amazing performance 😉
@@Lightsout1111 unfortunately not but I own the F3 and can confirm the screen dimming issue is sorted. Screen dimming I found only affected Genshin impact but now seems perfectly fine. I updated to MIUI 12.0.4 three days ago. So far, so good.
I have the exynos variant, the photos and videos are good on normal scenes, but as soon as you need to take close up pictures, the corners get really blurry and hazy, it sucks badly.
I bought the 6gb and 8gb and didn't notice any problems with extensive usage but my friends have reported these issues so really depends on your luck I guess 🤔
For more intense gaming, the Poco F3 is better for me. The S20 FE if you're unlucky might have some ghost touch issues being reported by users. Mine is fine 🤔

Nah he turned on dark mode with auto adjust text and background so it ended up something like this. Nothing wrong with the panel. In fact with a new e4 panel on f3, it is actually better.

Yeah mine also states it's a 865 which is weird. Could be because the 870 isn't recognized yet and is a overclocked version of the 865+ 🤔

Those geekbench scores for s20 Fe are incorrect. Enable enhanced processing and disable adaptive battery, I got 900/3100.

Both phones brightness are at 50%. Definitely Samsung has the better display overall 📱😬

Hey buddy! For me personally I didn't face any green tinting at all and I use it quite a lot at night as well. Haven't heard much issues on this as compared to the dimming issue which has been reported to be fixed in a latest update ✌️🙂

@@DrHamezTech I've googled about this and turned out I wasn't the only one having the same problem. There are forums such on xda that addressed this issue (similar to oneplus nord/8 pro tinting issue) and I'm quite unsure if it could be fixed via software update.
I did experienced it with the 8 pro before so would know if it does happen with my F3 but so far mine is alright

That's true but really depends what else you want. I prefer a better set of cameras, wireless charging etc. But I'm still using the Poco F3 for the amazing performance 😉

@@Lightsout1111 unfortunately not but I own the F3 and can confirm the screen dimming issue is sorted. Screen dimming I found only affected Genshin impact but now seems perfectly fine. I updated to MIUI 12.0.4 three days ago. So far, so good.

I have the exynos variant, the photos and videos are good on normal scenes, but as soon as you need to take close up pictures, the corners get really blurry and hazy, it sucks badly.

I bought the 6gb and 8gb and didn't notice any problems with extensive usage but my friends have reported these issues so really depends on your luck I guess 🤔

For more intense gaming, the Poco F3 is better for me. The S20 FE if you're unlucky might have some ghost touch issues being reported by users. Mine is fine 🤔

Nah he turned on dark mode with auto adjust text and background so it ended up something like this. Nothing wrong with the panel. In fact with a new e4 panel on f3, it is actually better.

@@DrHamezTech you can go and check it yourself. Turn off the option adjust text and background automatically and you will see the difference. This is a feature that will dim the display for a more unified dark theme. Just wanna say whats right. Please dont take it personal. Thanks
