Great content. I love hearing what you have to say. I politely disagree about knowing/listing where our mohair is from. I just think it’s neat when things are from far away lands. Likewise, I think it’s neat if it’s American made, local to me. It makes me feel good to support my country and it makes me feel interesting to have things from far away. I also care about if the supplier is someone who is trusted by our community. Does this source treat their animals well? Is this mohair the same one a prototype artist I like uses? Also, if someone doesn’t say where their hair comes from and I don’t trust them, I worry that it’s low quality and that’s why the artist didn’t say where it’s from. That said, when I’m collecting, I’m not an expert on yearling/alpaca/goat so I don’t have any preference about the actual hair, I trust my artist’s pictures to show that it looks good 🥰

Does it usually take awhile for your Slumberland order to ship? It's been 6 days and I haven't gotten a shipping notice yet! Also, thank you so much for this video! So informative
Sometimes they are pretty quick other times I wait a couple weeks. I usually wait to order until I know i need a lot of hair so I don’t have to keep ordering and I order ahead of time like if I know im getting to where I only have enough for a couple more dolls I order more. I know that others have a much longer wait and it is faster through like Bountiful baby or Macpherson but they rarely have the colors I’m looking for and I don’t feel it’s as good quality or as reasonably priced. Trust me the wait will be worth it.

I can usually root one newborn baby with a quarter ounce and their shipping is quick.
