Flip the Screen open, twist it 45 degrees and then you can see four little screws next to where the screen is mounted to the body.

Tried to fix the same issue doing exactly what you do. Tightening it makes the little board turn too, but anyway it didn't work.
What else could it be? Thanks.

I don't know, I'm not a technician, found this solution by accident. Maybe watch videos to other models with the same issue, that gave me the idea to try around.

Sorry, don't know the size, but wasn't any special, one from a standard set of screwdrives for electronics worked fine.
