One of the best ways to enjoy this piece: 1) Imagine a scene where a woman lies in bed and the man dances very exotically in front of her, with a rose in his mouth. 2) Play this. You're welcome. :D
The violinist and pianist of this play is much better than other legendary violinist's play with prestigious ochestra. I'll remember Ryu Goto and Michael Dussek. Very nice
I love that Goto plays the last chords arco; it sounds much better and really helps fill out the piano’s sound, which otherwise lacks the intensity and brightness that the violin brings. (And I say this as a pianist, lol)

Read the book Dracula fits this better
Terrible
Goddamn. That early foreshadowing of the faster theme... that opening is absolutely amazing.
It actually started weird and anticipates audience for a general resolution, and Ravel gives us more excitement when the piano came.

I think this was them.. The sound of this and their performance sounds the same exactly..
@@kaixinrenbeijan2732 Yeah, including the laugh from the audience before the ending (around 7:13)
After the music floats in the high treble register for a minute, that bass drop at 4:57 sounds like liquid gold :0
What an amazing violinist..
Thanks for the ad at the middle of the piece.
that's out of my control, unfortunately.
This is such a wonderful piece of music. Mere words can hardly do justice to how unique this is. 🤩
As a piano student, the piano "accompaniment" gives me nightmares ....
As a professional pianist, a violin student asked me to learn this for a casual recital in four days and I want to cry
Definitely not an accompaniment
As a violin graudate after 4 years of school and 3 years of casual playing i want to cry more
Tzigane is alright ish for me (not difficult difficult), cuz I've played Ravel's Piano trio (A minor) before. That one really made me want too cry
Happy Birthday Ravel!!!! 🥳🥳🤩🥳🤩🥳
Одно из самых гениальных произведений Равеля.
Nice.
I think my old piano teacher's brother premiered this.
that is not a "piano accompaniment"
***** hmmm... yeah, it doesn't sound right... wait a sec....
***** ok, done.....
gsarci2011 good job
