For me it's PASSION. And if you are in fire when you play violin then you know that you are born to do it.

I can only compare her style to Vengerov, he also has this very confident style, but not every piece suits their agressive style, sometimes I feel it too much in case of other pieces, but this piece is perfect for them. Recently I am very amazed with a version of a young Kroean violinist, she basically plays an elegant, beautified version of it (so to say 😄) th-cam.com/video/q-wbmu7o81c/w-d-xo.html

The person who composed this piece is called Maurice Ravel. He initially composed for a Hungarian violinist Jelly d'Arányi, great-niece of the violinist Joseph Joachim. The original instrumentation was for violin and piano. But after, the orchestration part was composed. The first performance took place in London on April 26, 1924. The original score of Tzigane included instructions for these register changes during execution. The name of the piece is derived from the generic European term for "gypsy". This piece was made in the romantic era, which is characterized by its emphasis on emotion and individualism. I like this piece because it has alot of emotion and because the beginning of the piece, the violinist gets a solo. The player playing this piece is called María Dueñas, she plays with a lot of emotion, and very aggressively, she also uses long bow strokes to play.

This piece fits her style very well, yet I can't decide if I like it more than Vengerov's version or not. I think I like both equally, it is impossible to judge violinits over a certain level, I just rather go with the overall feeling they give with their own style and interpretation with a piece.
