Yeah I think the 2019 Disney store Jessy is a more accurate doll, it has better quality fabric and plastic, it has that glitter on her pants, a better head sculpt, and over all just a better doll.

I still favor my original Jessie, from 1999. There's a lot about her that isn't movie accurate: namely, she's squeeze to talk instead of pull string. But her shirt is all satin, including the yellow, which I always thought was much better. And the red piping is actually real ricrac! (Though for accuracy, the piping is looped, not ricrac, but i think it's more realistic than printed looping, even if it's not quite the same). The buttons are also pearly, and her chaps are real fabric, which was also a big win. The hat was one of the worse ones I've seen, though so points off for that, haha

Fun fact: In one of the yarn haired Jessie dolls there's actually a speaker in the head. I think it might be the Signature Collection Jessie. Speaking of Signature Collection, I recently got a Signature Collection Woody on Mercari for a good price, $24. I believe it's the 2010 revision with the shorter and darker jeans. It was shelved so it's like new. :D I hope to get the rest of the Signature Collection line for such decent prices as well. It takes a lot of searching and patience, but I feel it's more worth it than paying full price, as the materials imo don't feel premium enough to make the toy so expensive. It's a great doll don't get me wrong, I just don't get why they cost so much. Jessie costing $50 I could at least understand as it's probably not easy to make her hair work, but Woody seems like he should be closer to $40. The new prices feel even more unjustified due to the fact that they've almost doubled thanks to Target getting exclusive rights to sell them.
The last jessie is the Sing N' Yodel Jessie from thinkway toys, the only thing I like about her more is that the belt buckle is yellow 😂I always see her in pics besides the Lot's o' laughs woody, their face expressions are a bit too funny😂😂

I got the signature collection Jessie because it was on clearance for 40 dollars and that is the one with the speaker in the head
