- We have Jessie from Woodys Round up by Toy Story. We bought her at the Disney Store for $32.95 and its the True Talker version, they can interact with other Toy Story characters that has the same feature, like Woody Bo Peep Rex Slink and Buzz Lightyear. What do you guys think of Jessie? do you have her in your collection?

You really gotta love the Black and White D23 Expo 2019 Limited Edition 1 of 500 Variants of these guys that Disney Store made of Woody, Jessie, and Bullseye. Woody and Jessie both have the Original Voices, Woody: 6 Phrases, Jessie: 5 Phrases, Bullseye: Nothing but the same short galloping sounds that the Normal Colored Toy Detector Variant of him that is much cheaper does
they are so hard to find, and probably expensive now like at third party sellers

@@collectorsunite1 how come your toy buzz light-year doesn't have a blue belt galaxy when I was little I did have one with the blue belt galaxy it was cool.

Wow there is something weird with the Jessie you've got the ones that we got and most people have ,they have Andy under one of the boots

a bit after they made those figures, they updated them, removing all the names under their feet.
plus woodys voicebox was changed to have the original toy story 1 lines

A great and insightful review (compared to the others for this specific doll)! I am currently looking for a Jessie doll to purchase for my sister, but after searching the whole internet, I am a bit stuck. I am wondering if this doll in long-term will hold up and are you happy with it still after the review? The options for me personally are quite limited - some of the well received ones like the Thinkway's 20th Anniversary one or the one done by Mattel have either been sold out way, way back or are still available exclusively only in UK, Australia or US, while the Signature is just way out of my budget making this Disney Store's one the only real option for me as an European at the moment. However the reviews for the doll left on the website seem quite discouraging, talking mainly about the heavy head that may fall off after a week and badly done stitching (even though the overall rating is 4.2/5). Would really appreciate if you could shed a bit of light for me in this situation, thanks!
Hi guys thank you for taking the time watching the video and commenting. The disney store Jessie in our opinion is the best bang for your money, here in the US it retails for about $32 but it goes on sale for around $25. As far as Thinkway Toys we have been disappointed , i remember them rereleasing a signature collection buzz lightyear around last year, they were selling it for $100 very expensive and it was the same Buzz i had 2 years ago, no new feature no face or mold change, exactly the same action figure and they doubled there price. Hasbro has also raise up the price as well. Thats why we really like Disney Store Jessie, also they recently updated them with the toy detector feature and the best part is that its the same price. I have two Jessie one for the collection and one for my daughter to play with, she has it for years now and everything is still good, you have a couple of scratches here and there but as far as the head goes its attached. Im not sure how accurate those reviews are i guess it depends on how you play with them, maybe if you treat them like Sid from Toy Story it can happen, but our Jessie is in great condition, with my daughters daily play in and out of the toy chest, her head is still attached and her pull string works.

@@collectorsunite1 Yeah, pretty much ordered the doll an hour later. It's a bit larger than expected, but everything in terms of quality is satisfactory. Maybe the voice box is quite a bit below expectations. Because of nonsensical pricing for shipping, had to order two items to make a better deal, the other being Buzz Lightyear that is a mixed bag for me. It has everything, but the overall built quality and materials are as cheap as it can get. Plastic is thin, joints are stiff and very limited, body is very top-heavy making Buzz's stance very awkward. At the end wish that I ordered Woody instead.
yeah, im just glad the disney store buzz didnt go up in price, i cant really expect much as far as articulation quality of the product, the price here is around $32-25 sometimes even $20 when its near a holiday. Disney store kept the price the same, you kind of get what you pay for. I hope one day disney store would come up with a collectors edition, i wouldnt mind paying for more, for better built articulation quality and redesign.

The Disney store jessie is good for the price and with the toy detection mode you get a good amount for $25-$30 jessie doll , if you ever get one you will like it

Hi 👋 not in America, possibly in different countries, it would be cool to have one though, i bought a special edition Buzz Lightyear that had Spanish phrases but its a limited edition
