Escaflowne OST- especially Dance of Curse. I like all of them but other honorable mentions- Sora, Vision of Escaflowne, Memory of Fanelia, & Shadow of Doubt. One of the more obscure anime that the legendary Yoko Kanno worked on. Wolf’s Rain also has a lot of great music & Yoko Kanno was the producer for it. I would recommend the opening but especially the ending song as well.

My go to song is Mukyanjo by Survive said the Prophet (opening 1 of Vinland saga). Just an amazing song, it's emotional and always gets me hype.

I haven’t seen too many Rurouni Kenshin reactions the songs are really good. I think you should do the older anime openings as well as the current remake. Inu Yasha also have some really good ones.
