The strength/powers upgrades he was given has been nerfed, ignored or removed for the most part. Some books have him looking like a 5'2" scrawny anorexic with a pumpkin head and stick limbs. Then it was all about suits and gadgets. There really isn't anything spidery about him other than wall crawling. Even the webs are fake. It's more the 'spider themed man'. He has no real spider like abilities, is always a loser but we're constantly told he's the 'special' one. Being responsible isn't special. A lot of heroes are strong so again, nothing unique.
If we are talking about base Spider-Man, that are outliers and plot armor. Without that, he scale as Mountain Level with SOL reflexes /reaction speed. With a physical strength of over 100.000 tons
He been buffed in the 90's. 80's comics had him correct. Had the strength of ten men, about the same as cap, but was the most agile on the earth. And had danger precognition. The strength/powers upgrades he was given has been nerfed, ignored or removed for the most part. Some books have him looking like a 5'2" scrawny anorexic with a pumpkin head and stick limbs. Then it was all about suits and gadgets. There really isn't anything spidery about him other than wall crawling. Even the webs are fake. It's more the 'spider themed man'. He has no real spider like abilities, is always a loser but we're constantly told he's the 'special' one. Being responsible isn't special. A lot of heroes are strong so again, nothing unique.

He been buffed in the 90's. 80's comics had him correct. Had the strength of ten men, about the same as cap, but was the most agile on the earth. And had danger precognition. Strength isn't his thing. Marvel has lost the plot. Spiderman was famous for taking down bigger and stronger villains. Your take is that he would slap the Rhino one hit. I've not seen him do that in a mag worth reading. This is not DC. Not everyone is god tier.
