By reviewing what WCW actually did... WB is doing a good job of highlighting how awesome Das Wunderkind and Disco were. Just wait until they become a tag team later on! Will be interesting to see how WB presents the Berlin character too lol
I remember when this series started, I thought what a great concept for a series... no way it's actually going to do EVERY SINGLE WEEK of the monday night wars though.. Well, here we are over 2 years later and it's still the highlight of my watching pleasure every week. What an absolute legend!
I’ve waited forever to get here, on the December 8 1997 episode of Raw, where I first tuned into WWF and seen Stone Cold throw the IC title off a bridge.
I saw your comment JUST before the bit came up. I don't think my brain would've been ready to click to it otherwise so thanks haha you got me ready for it
Man I remember back to your early episodes when you were polling us as to whether or not you should keep your sense of humor in your vids. We always knew you had the jam
One thing to remember about the Mr. McMahon character is that he had played it before when he was working Lawler's CWA promotion down in Memphis, so once he saw that the crowd wanted to boo him, he embraced it and re-adopted the McMemphis character.
That's why it worked. Crowds ALREADY wanted to boo Vince McMahon. And by him being such a natural enemy to the wrestler they most wanted to cheer, it was lightning in a bottle. There was always a cloud of "Look what Mr McMahon did to Bret Hart. He could do it to our guy Stone Cold too!"
"Same Stonecold time, same Stonecold CHAANNNNELLLLL!" Love it! Also The Rock's "Vince The Rock thinks you should fire him" had the crowd and Austin laughing. Just a glimpse of his electric mic skills and humour.
It always saddens me when I see Mongo matches and seeing his condition now. I'm from Chicago so he's one of our football greats here being apart of the 85 Superbowl Bears. Thanks for showing me his better days.
Man ,I'm engaging with covid but Benoit's knife edge speedrun chop literally took me to the roof, for a few minutes I literally forgot that I'm ill. Thank You very much.
I did not care at all for Alex Wright as a kid, but I _DEFINITELY_ gained a new appreciation for his talents through following this series. Thank you Wrestling Bios and Alex Wright for all you guys have done.
Is it a bit mental that we're 111 episode in and I'm only just realising he's using the Create a Wrestler music from Here Comes the Pain in these vids? The man is a legend.
It's disgraceful that you only have 300k subs. You should have at least 750k-1 mil. by now. Your work is SO consistent and SO good every single week. Really brightens up my Thursday and truly makes getting through hump day the hardest part of my week.
This series has been fun, but now it's about to hit a new level of awesome as we go further into 97\98. It's Really amazing that i can feel so confident about knowing that this series isn't going to get cancelled unexpectedly like a TV show you watch for 2 years only to be left with a cliffhanger or something like that. i literally plan my day around making sure i have time to relax, smoke and enjoy this every week. i Love it, i Love this channel and i Love Ryan for making it all happen. Thank You Wrestling Bios. 😄👍
HA! I was going to mention how I love the fact Alex Wright is the only wrestler who gets multiple images during your opening and BOOM...there's Alex giving you some love. Wrestling Bios, thank you for everything you do!
I was in attendance for this episode of Raw as a lil baby 10-year-old Country Bunling. Not sure if the cameras ever caught it, but I was rocking a sweet "Vince McMahon sucks" sign that was totally unique and original. Extreme creativity was on full display that night. Still, though, I wish I had been the guy with the Undertaker cutout...that thing was magnificent.
Watching Reliving The War While On The Freeway With My Coworkers And Boss Thanks Wrestling Bios For Bringing Back The Memories A Day Before My 29th,Birthday
Yes! Literally my favorite part of the week! Makes working so much better! I've been listening to WB videos literally all day! Was watching the Hogan series mostly "that doesn't work for me brother" lmao.
15:58 wow i love the remix of the mario kart n64 raceways music remix. And btw I'm a French wrestling fan and i never missed one episode of reliving the war. Keep going you doing a great job. Bonjour de la France🇫🇷
Yooo u got Alex to appreciate your content. This is why you have this fan base brother. These nostalgic memories are crazy bro. Much respect. And I was at the nitro event. My god father was security for the HSBC Center in Buffalo NY. Anytime raw or nitro came I was there. My face lit up when I saw the intro 🤷🏾♂️🤣🤣😆
8:50 yeah 16 year old me was in full agreement with that sign. It’s hard to convince me that the McMahons aren’t a serious part of why she isn’t alive today.
Still here man! Man I can't say it enough but this is the best show on TH-cam or on regular TV even! I will always be one of your views man! Thank you very much for all this amazing work you have done for us. Sic or not you always bring us top quality content. I can't thank u enough bro!!!!!
In just a couple of months, Wrestling Bios did more to get Alex Wright over than WCW ever did.
By reviewing what WCW actually did... WB is doing a good job of highlighting how awesome Das Wunderkind and Disco were. Just wait until they become a tag team later on! Will be interesting to see how WB presents the Berlin character too lol

Go back and watch the first episodes. It’s always strange to see how much a series changes over time.
Fully concur
This is the reason I enjoy Thursday.
I’ve waited forever to get here, on the December 8 1997 episode of Raw, where I first tuned into WWF and seen Stone Cold throw the IC title off a bridge.
I was the same way when it started. I can't get enough of this series.
Bro, you should totally attempt to send Alex Wright a Saturday Wright Fever T. He’s a totally jam up guy, so he’ll probably appreciate it.
It was actually brought up to him on the WSI podcast, and he seemed really cool with it
@@AlexPlaysGaming when I saw that interview come up I was like “someone alert Wrestling Bios immediately” 😂
What a Jam-up Suggestion!! I would buy💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
It's his big broctwurst energy lol 😆
Dude let’s do it.
OMG I lost it when the mugshot of Sunny popped up with "WINNER" placed underneath it 😂
I saw your comment JUST before the bit came up. I don't think my brain would've been ready to click to it otherwise so thanks haha you got me ready for it
The Mario Kart Benoit knife edge chop speedrun on Load-eye complete with Mario Bros. death tune was absolutely amazing
I think the transformation of Rocker Billy and The Reall JJ to the New Age Outlaws has been one of the craziest transformations so far in RTW.
"Kinfe edged chop speed run." Another instant classic!
Oh baby, my weekly escape. Let’s goooooo
Well put jammer
U ain't lying brother! 👊💪
Man I remember back to your early episodes when you were polling us as to whether or not you should keep your sense of humor in your vids. We always knew you had the jam
Watching Vince transform from ring side announcer to the big a$$hole boss, one of the biggest heals in the WWF. It was pretty amazing.
One thing to remember about the Mr. McMahon character is that he had played it before when he was working Lawler's CWA promotion down in Memphis, so once he saw that the crowd wanted to boo him, he embraced it and re-adopted the McMemphis character.

We getting close to the greatest year in wrestling for me: 1998! Austin era, corporate Rock, Goldberg kickin ass hell yeah 🤘🏾
I knew Alex wright was going to love reliving the war he enjoys it just as much as well all do every Thursday Probably the best show every week
Big bratwurst
"Same Stonecold time, same Stonecold CHAANNNNELLLLL!" Love it!
Also The Rock's "Vince The Rock thinks you should fire him" had the crowd and Austin laughing. Just a glimpse of his electric mic skills and humour.
I remember back when Alex Wright was around, one of the Tampa Bay buccaneers players would dance like him when they scored a touchdown.
Reidel Anthony!
It always saddens me when I see Mongo matches and seeing his condition now. I'm from Chicago so he's one of our football greats here being apart of the 85 Superbowl Bears. Thanks for showing me his better days.
He died months ago
@@salcarrero3393 nah he's alive but in very rough shape.
BRATWURST AND JAM FOR BREKKIE!
Congrats, Ryan! This is huge-
Just like the Saturday Wright schnitzel!
That Benoit knife edge chop montage is my new favorite thing! 😂😂😂
Started this series about a week ago, on episode 49 right now. Just in time for Glacier month. I'll be to this one soon, lol. What a great series!
Soak in it, it’s been maybe a year for me, last summer I think it’s been
Anyone born in the 1980s all kind of lights flashing on
Welcome to the war
Definitely a jam of a move
Your late to the party bro...where u been. I've been on this for a year now. Still to poor for my shirt tho lol
Much like the Tongan Death Grip once this show grabs you, you're locked in till the end.
Man ,I'm engaging with covid but Benoit's knife edge speedrun chop literally took me to the roof, for a few minutes I literally forgot that I'm ill. Thank You very much.
Feel better soon. I did a couple re watches while sick and it definitely helps.
The Karate Fighters/My Sacrifice/Picture of Sunny in jail combo killed me. Excellent job.
I saw the Alex Wright interview. So great to see your work coming up in interviews to these legends. Long live Wrestling Bios!
So glad that we got the conclusion of the Karate Fighters Tournament! Not knowing the outcome kept me up at night.
You’ve been having too many Sunny Days!
@@mafiaz187 it's been cloudy over here......
Creed + karate fighters is the best thing ever
I did not care at all for Alex Wright as a kid, but I _DEFINITELY_ gained a new appreciation for his talents through following this series. Thank you Wrestling Bios and Alex Wright for all you guys have done.
I saw that video, glad to see Alex still around and hearing about what he’s up to now days, for sure. Thank you Alex, you da man!
Watched the knife edge chop speedrun 3 times it was that great. Never change Ryan. Never change
The knife edge chop speedrun...pure gold.
Is it a bit mental that we're 111 episode in and I'm only just realising he's using the Create a Wrestler music from Here Comes the Pain in these vids? The man is a legend.

Maybe the wrestling fans of the 90s and early 2000s aren't that interested in wrestling.
The beauty of the Alex Wright stuff is I believe it's become genuine appreciation and not just a piss take
That's so damn awesome the Big Bratwurst recognizes your work!
I literally laughed out loud to the Benoit Chop Montage
Congrats on the support from Das Wunderkind. Love what you do and you deserve the recognition.
Alex Wright seems like a VERY jam up guy! Love That Schmexy German dancing machine with the big bratwurst!

Seven days before I turned 29. Noob. 😁
HA! I was going to mention how I love the fact Alex Wright is the only wrestler who gets multiple images during your opening and BOOM...there's Alex giving you some love. Wrestling Bios, thank you for everything you do!
I WAS AT THIS NITRO FOR MY 17TH BIRTHDAY
Big ups to Alex Wright! Legend, mad respect, great sport... and I watched that interview too, seems like a genuinely solid guy! :)
Damn, minus the lack of hair, Alex Wright still looks pretty young. Good for him. That must have been fuckin surreal for you, Bios.
Who would have thought The Rock’s lengthy Intercontinental title reign began by Stone Cold just giving him the title.
He had bigger fish to fry.
It was a swerve
More of Benoit's Knife edge speed run..that segment was the highlight of my week..definitely made me forget about stress for a few mins! Thanks
Man seeing Alex in those interviews is great.
Wrestling Bios getting acknowledged by Alex Wright is LEGENDARY WRESTLING moments of all time!
Reliving the War baby! Just got here so quickly to enjoy some RTW this week
I was so glad when I saw WSI bring up Reliving the War with Alex Wright!

This was the last Raw is War show with the new generation WWF logo since its first use in March-April 1995.

This series never fails to impress. Great work!
The highlight of Thursday afternoons!
Another Thursday complete. Can't wait for Owen hart nugget era. So awesome you got a shout out to the legend himself, Alex Wright
Dude! You and your crew have done such a good job with the channel and i’m happy for your channels success! Keep up the hard work!
I’m on vacation in Jamaica…. I’m still not going to miss an episode of reliving the war!
Lodi receiving the Chris Benoit b!tch slap session on Nitro just may have been the greatest thing I've ever seen!!! 🤣😂🤣😂🤣
Love this series and damn the Benoit knife-edge chop Speedrun bit was so good!
I nearly choked on my Gatorade when I saw the mug shot of Sunny 🤣🤣🤣
My favorite thing all week is coming here and reliving the war, some of my favorite moments are here and easier to access than Peacock.
This is the most entertaining wrestling channel on TH-cam. You have me in stitches too man
Anyone else wish this was a daily show?😂 Love the work put in to the editing. Great show.
Actually I appreciate the slow build that mirrors the monday night wars!
Whoever did the track of Alex Wright and Disco Inferno should make a long version of both of them, so we all can dance to them all night long 🕺💃🕺💃🕺💃
This is seriously the best wrestling series on TH-cam. Thank you for your work, Sir.
Love and respect to Alex Wright! You were a Gem 💎 bro!
That plug for Alex's wrestling premonition was very classy mate
15:58 wow i love the remix of the mario kart n64 raceways music remix. And btw I'm a French wrestling fan and i never missed one episode of reliving the war. Keep going you doing a great job. Bonjour de la France🇫🇷
The only channel I have notifications turned on. Time for the best part of my week!
The Benoit speed chop compilation was top shelf
I was pissing myself at that
I think the most impactful move that Prince Iyakaya had, was that invisible knob twisty thing he does before the match.
You made it @WrestlingBios the big time. Now you have the jam.
I can't stop laughing at the Sunny mug shot. 🤣🤣🤣
Shout out to Alex Wright for following this amazing reliving the war series...He' looks good for his age
This just made my day
Bios has improved my quality of life. Again.
These reliving the wars are the only things that motivate me to get through Thursday. Love from Delaware!

Isn't it strange how we're reliving the "birth" of the Mr. McMahon character as Vince retires from the company in real life?
Yes it it.
Should be renamed relieving my childhood ! Thank you bro I'm a up and coming wrestler and your content has helped me out so much you don't even know !
