I know you shouldn't have to as it is there, but this should save you and your coworkers a lot of stress in the future. They have a Printed Card with the Policies on in Bold and laminated. Each server takes the card to the table and hands them the card as he introduces himself and takes the drink orders. So the customers will read the polight card with the two Policies. Keep the card short and to the point. Then you the server say. "" Sir or Mam, This is a copy of the Restaurants Policies so that you have no surprises and can enjoy your experience with us today. "" 😊

As a suggestion you should reiterate the policy before seating especially with large groups as they can become problematic.
