    Double tuck squat jump is my fvrt as i feel it is the toughest one

      hehe she thinks everything is play! And the bench is such an amazing tool!! You can even use it for Side Arm Balance Variations, Mountain Climbers and sooo many other fun variations too!

    I need more Kiwi Burpees in my life 😍😍😍 thank you a lot for this amount of moves....it is important to me focusing on regression when necessary but often we concentrate too much in how make workout harder....🙏🏻💛

      Yes! Regressing to make it fit what we need often doesn't make it easier. And can make it harder because we can really focus on performing the movement well. And kiwi burpees are fun...except when she gives you a wet willy haha

    Love the push-up burpees! I am doing the macro hacks, so I am really excited to add these in. I also do 50 burpees a day in January, so this will help me mix it up.

    Thanks for the progression...my issue is I can’t seem to ge the jump back to feet portion without opening my knees wide (outside my elbows). I’m wondering what tips you can offer to help me get my knees together when I jump forward?

      Awesome! Using the incline and then having fun with variations is a great way to add some variety to your workouts while making the moves fit your needs and goals!

    For an exercise I do so many of, I find I really hate them.
    Squat thrust, press up and tuck jump variation is the only type I've ever done though, so will try other variations.

    Doing this workout 8 to 10 min nonstop will bring heart rate high...very well design and good workout, thanks.

    Just getting around to watching the vid today. Busy week. Fractured workouts because the gym is still renovating. Nevertheless I did my 3 days. Looking forward to Wednesday, they’ll be done ✅. Burpees in my toolbox. Thanks Corie great vid. Calf raise burpee and full bench burpees ✅

      Redefining Strength I went to the gym today. Warm ups, Added Burpees, and did some weights, and 3 machines, cool down. Today was a good day. Renovation will be done by Wednesday which is my regular day. YAY The side planks with kettle bell lifts, has given the side of my tummy dimples, like the fat is being blasted away by new muscle. 😎😎😎
