This has been one of the best purchases I have made, it is so easy to put on and off, it is strong and sturdy and carries my bike with ease. Have had it now for nearly two years and am loving it.
try undoing the tow ball the right way i think you were doing it up i have just brought one waiting for it to turn up I brought both type of hitches for it
