Aap apne knee k niche thoda thoda massage shuru kriye.. fir knee ki movement kriye bhut dhere dhere...
Ek din mai kitni exersise karna hai or kitni baar karna hai
Aap din me ek baar ache se kare.. jitna aaram se kar paye..
