I once interviewed some candidates for the post "Quality Manager". I asked a common question to each candidate. It was - "What is the cost of quality in the product?" Answers varied from 0.5 to 2 % of the product. I told each of them that cost of quality is ZERO. Customer doesn't pay a single Naya Paisa for the quality of the cost. The customer pays us for the Right Quality.

इंग्लिश शाळेत शिक्षण घेऊन येतात त्याच पॅकेज मोठ असत मराठीत शिक्षण ओढून ताणून देतात कितीही हुशार असून अनुभवी पण दोन वर्षांत येणार मोठ पॅकेज इन्फोसिस चा अनुभव घेतलाय
Agree on most of topics but defined not on salary part. In todays world employee who served in single company for 10-15+ yrs has less or equal salary compared to 5-6yrs exp people. If all expenses are growing exponentially and going out of hand why its not right for employee to think for himself and get market relevant salary.
Too unidirectional and mono talk. The subject needs 360 degree view. Such subjects need approach from multiple things. With due respect, whatever he spoke is limited with what life of side of story he knows, eg 31:00.. so lets avoid jumping the guns.. Sir its very deep subject and need not be consolidated like wise.
@@sudhasaraf-w5g Getting ready does not mean spending money without verifying. Parents have to get more clarity or understanding of the situation & for that, they should consult some expert in that field before committing their life time savings.
Every alternate day i come across at least one Youngster & Parents who are disillusioned with a Foreign Degree & Huge Education Loan & Job in India which is not going to take care of the EMI of the Loan. So, I humbly request that all Parents & Students be " Careful before being admitted in Foreign Universities. "
