I am sorry but perfect throws from the outfield must include Roberto Clemente and Dave Parker. Those guys were so terrifying with their arms that people seldom even tried to run on them.
There's times (not in this video) when I see a second baseman get a runner out (umpire signs), but it doesn't look like he's touching the base and/or player so how can the runner be out (is there some obscure rule)? ;-) Maybe a camera needs to be positioned for a better angle at second base?
They call the play at second a "neighborhood play" -- fielder just has to get his foot pretty close to the base. It's supposed to make the play safer -- balances out the takeout slide.
Ichiro, Paul O’Neill, Jay Buhner, Bo Jackson, and Jesse Barfield are the best outfield arms I ever saw. If I was forced to pick just one of them I would give the edge to Paul O’Neill for having both the strongest arm and strongest leg in the outfield. Giancarlo Stanton actually has a great arm but rarely takes the field. Last year he played the outfield and suprised everybody throwing an absolute rocket to home. Which after watching the super human line drives he hits for homeruns before gravity finally kicks in...( like it does instantly for everybody else but him ) his arm being super human too makes perfect sense. As infielders go hard to beat O’Neill Cruz although I remember hearing of another rookie who threw harder than Cruz to first this year.
Not to take anything away from Bader, Edman, or Ozuna - but y'all ever hear of a couple Cardinals outfielders named Edmonds and Ankiel? How is it even possible to do a video like this and not include them?!
Bo Jackson. 1989. From the wall in left. To the plate. On the fly. Throws out Harold Reynolds.
None of this compares. Period.

Dave Parker 79 all star game, one throw to 3rd and one to home.

Mookie's highlight 😂😂
LOL, Which one?
Baseball players are the stuff. I like watching this stuff
@Eduardo Remove the apostrophe. It's not possessive. It's plural. It should say Outfielders.
sooo I'm guessing you're a mookie betts fan?
0:51 was crazy
Some of those calls sure look suspect.
These are ooooold

He's touching the base, even if he can't touch him before the runner gets to the base, he's already out if the ball gets first, I think.

@@isaackelly3157 Not anymore! Not since instant replay and since they implemented the "Chase Utley" rule.

Where is Jose Guillén and Roberto Clemente? Best throws made by black and whites”.. should be the title of this vid lol
Sadly I think most of Clemente's best throws don't have good tape of them.
1:59 how does the sports caster know I am eating apples with nuttela😐😥💀
Where is Ichiro?

Powderless Cannons
Why no throws by Rick Ankiel ?
No Clemente throw???
Are these Millie betts highlights
@2:21 - great throw from Trout, but Muncy was safe at the plate.
A bunch of Betts but no Judge .. I wonder wat team u root for.!!
Hard to tell since Betts highlights were from 2 different teams!
Good material but lousy editing.
No Ankiel is a travesty
Seems like a Mookie Betts highlight reel and half the throws were just outside 1st/2nd base
I can't believe baseball still exists. It's so boring.
Even a compilation of best plays is so unattractive to watch
And yet here you are whining, sniffling and complaining on a baseball site!!
Don’t watch then.
