Hi I've not experienced this at all even with heavy camera use. I wonder if they have updated to latest software? If it helps I use Google photos to view as default not the built in app.
@@northernsupernova1 Cool. Let me know how the non-ultra goes. I have just looked in a Pixel 8 and I see 19% battery used by 31mins. Of course I expect it depends what you use the camera for (eg 8k video processing will use more).
Lots of comments on battery draining when using the camera (1-2% per minute) is this what happens?

@@AlexSass Thank you, appreciate the comment. I got the x14 (non-ultra version) yesterday, can report that the Camera drain is about 0.5% per minute
