Thin strip ain't an easy one! Between Thanksgiving and Christmas, I do the gin version and swap the lemon juice + syrup for some cranberry syrup.

It is a Schott Zwiesel champagne flute. Thank You! It really looks like a cannon right? 😉

If you requested a French 75 at a bar, would you typically expect it to arrive with gin or cognac used? (Where I’m from most places will serve with a dry gin)
I would expect to get it made with gin.
