Have made this 3 times now - I have a 10 inch skillet so x 3 the basic recipe. It’s a winner with the whole family (not always an easy task). Will definitely be a regular bake - it’s just so delicious. It’s also really good cold the next day. Thanks

Delicious and quick - I was craving something sweet when I saw this video, and 20 minutes later was enjoying this cookie. Loved that it was not overly sweet. I’m not a fan of milk chocolate so I used a combination of semi sweet and bittersweet.
I tried this I made the bigger cookie and it was absolutely amazing!! It was so chew and delicious it was quite sweet but it was still my fav..the big cookie was enough to feed about 6-7 people for me xx

Made the dough two days ago, adding a bit of orange zest, and let it rest in the fridge until baking it yesterday as a late night snack. Crunchy on the edge and soft in the centre, it was heavenly. But make sure you're hungry before enjoying it all by yourself, because it's really filling🤣

I was watching a video this afternoon and they were talking about headers fir harvesting corn and it kept coming up first. Asked my partner and he said no they are talking about headers not first. It can be very confusing at times with cc. A simple line of add X amount of butter to pan and melt isn't hard I don't have to read every line she is saying. My favorite videos are the ones that do that.

I had been waiting for the right moment to make this- and tonight it came! We really wanted cookies but had no room temperature butter so it was a perfect opportunity for the emergency skillet cookie and it did not disappoint. It was hella delicious. I used a 7" skillet and it was massive. Two us didn't even get through half of it. I bought this skillet just to make this and wish I had bought a smaller one. But oh well, I guess we will just have leftovers!
I made the bigger version for my siblings and we all loved it! I replaced the butter for oil and the brown sugar for white. It took around 25 minutes to cook. Lovely and simple dessert!
I don't know about the rest of the world but I really love "one-person recipes".

I think you just add 20°C going from fan to no fan. So if it's 180°C with fan, use 200 °C without Fan.
