Excellent video Brian I'm a long time viewer, and love your videos and appreciate the effort that it take to put this together they have saved my bacon a number of times Thank-you for everything you do keep up the good work
My Windows 11 Laptop has stopped going my files are still on the drive but it just will not boot and go in the loop and stuck on diagnosing PC every time.
One more video that as teached me to solve problems in windows, thank you very much. I have question about CHKDSK. When chkdsk is running during windows bootup, does it write some kind of report to the disk, saying what it has done? Thank you very much.
Another useful video Brian and I think it also points out how important it is to backup your data on an external drive in case you may have to reinstall Windows after changing the drive for a new one - for example. Now I have followed you since the days of Windows 7 and you have helped me out on so many occasions that I cannot remember how many - plus I also like these tutorials on the stuff that uses the command prompt, regedit, and gpedit. Please keep them coming😄 Now for an idea for a video mate I have a 17" Asus Vivobook about two years old and I have tried the many steps to speed it up to near new quality speed but am just now at a loss as to what else I can do so any other things to try apart from cleaning the drive, deleting some of the start up apps, stopping some services etc.
I don't know how to set the Desktop folder to be a local folder like it was in pre-11 versions of Windows. Is this even possible in Windows 11? Or does Microsoft now just force everyone to have their Desktop folder on OneDrive, with no settings to change this? Please advise. Thank you.
Brilliant video Brian and very useful, thank you for great content, diagnosis and fixes in simple and basic format is most useful indeed and much valued.
Mine is not booting all the time and I have tried fixboot fixmbr yet it still gets stuck on the black screen. I also have bootlog turned on but there is non in windows.
My coFmputer is weird. When I go to shut it down it will blip and come back on but then it will shut off. I can't get it to go to the diagnostic screen. Can't hit F8 or F12...It just locked up while in TH-cam...go figure and now it just act like it's loading and does nothing else.
I just have this win10 RCA chip drive and it's like you can't do nuthin because it has a fixer that it goes to and then it can't fix it so it just shows you instructions to run a boot stick or reload windows but naturally nothing comes with the computer and you don't get a copy of the operating system ,, but you can keep pushing F8 and get to the BIOS but I don't see anyway to pull up the command line from there , you might be able to get it started in safe mode where you would have a chance to do something ..
how fix windows 10 monitor BUG, after 10 minutes inactive monitor turn off screen and return after move mouse. i try many methods cmd and energy but no sucess

I found this video very helpful due to the fact this issue is actually happening right now and my system is still down after 6 hours of use it’s just not getting to the desktop screen can you help me resolve this problem
I went through the steps but after turning my pc on and off 3 times I never got the repair screen and my monitor is just stuck at a screen with a flashing cursor with a blue loading ring on it. I just want to ask you if you can help me out in any way and give me tips to do. I also sent this message to your Instagram. Thanks
Clone the SSD to VMWARE try everything what being instructed all failed. But in real hardware still working no issue in booting only on VMWARE. MEANING THERE SOMETHING WRONG OR MISSING ON THE SOFTWARE OF VMWARE. Still trying to simulate and troubleshoot what missing on VMWARE Workstation Pro ver 17.5.1 build-23298084.
Another excellent video. Please keep going with this type of content.

I cant do any of this. My screen goes black every time I get to the desktop.
Would be nice if the Windows had A.I. to help fix most easily solvable problems.
Probably will in the future
