Hi, I just brought a Garmin forerunner 645 music and I am trying to change the watch face to one I purchased on Garmin iq. But it does not pop up also when I head into watch faces and scroll down it just has a blank screen with iq and a exclamation mark. Does that mean I didn’t connect it right?
I didn't see anything about gps, maps etc why would you want a Garmin if you don't use gps feature? I am looking for instinct style but color display if available 🤔

My question is: if you use the watch to see notifications from your phone, reply to texts, etc, does the watch need a data plan? Or does it just connect to the phone via Bluetooth and only work if the phone is nearby?

Really glad the video helped you! As for notifications, this is all through bluetooth, so the watch doesn't need a data plan.
