I love my hometown of Olive Branch. They have added some cool new restaurants and bars in OldTowne OB. I currently live in Nashville but go home to visit frequently. I subscribed to y’all’s channel a while back because you both are super friendly and positive. If any of my friends or family are ever looking to move, I will recommend you guys. Keep up the great work 👍
Half a million , you speak as if thats cheap for the area. I dont do subdivisions anymore , no HOA's and no zero lot lines or small yards. I dont even want to see people anymore when I look out my door or windows . People equal drama. If Im spending that kinda money Im buying some peace and serenity nature and acreage .
Its not really cheap for the area, but most of our audience is made up of people considering relocating to the area from somewhere else. When you compare what you can get here for $500k to what some other places have for that price, it actually does look cheap. That said, I'm with you, I like some peace and quiet out in the country.
Flooring looks like cheap planks at least when the water heaters in the attic burst they won’t damage, but your ceiling and carpet is toast. So much waisted space. The upstairs room ceiling aren’t even flat. The primary bathroom is bigger than the rooms. Why would they install two different size hvac condensers. They packed those houses in like Sardines. The must have learned from DR Horton. Olive Branch is dangerous it’s the new Southhaven, MD or Cordova, TN due to the crime in Memphis and West Memphis, AR. My suggestion would be stay away from these cookies cutter homes built poor quality and cheap labor.
