That looks like it was l4-l5 unless you got 6 lumbar vertebrae like me.
Next step for me is si joint fusion. Even though I have nerve impingement in l3/l4 and l4/l5
We are the unfortunate lot, we all know how's the pain is like 😭.

Yep I agree. The pedicle screw system looks weak on this set up. The patient is gonna have to be extra vigilant and pray that the bone graft takes.
