Thank you Elvie for getting our Meadowlark Rancher delivery safely to our property. We purchased the cabin on 11-11-21 after working with Ben at Meadowlark Log Homes. Elvie called me two days later and thanked us for purchasing one of their cabins. We talked about our home town and his girls going to school in Redding where we lived. We knew at that point that getting our dream log cabin from Meadowlark was the right choice. They are truly a family run operation and you feel like you are a little piece of that family when you walk into their office . Our cabin is absolutely gorgeous. They made our dream of living in a custom hand-peeled log cabin come true without breaking the bank.

Another interesting video. Enjoy your retirement or more like semi retirement. I know from my own experience as heavy equipment operator for 35 years or so, I couldn't just quit cold turkey, still work at the odd job for a local contractor. Love seeing videos from your part of the world you live in. Very fascinating country. Sure a lot more interesting than the mostly flat prairie here in Saskatchewan. God bless.

Oh ELVIE can smell the pine wood from here it was awesome to smell it this morning !!! Thanks for doing the videos like this !!! A lot of people are thinking OH THAT is what is in a BIG TRUCK and that is why they let it run so long !!! I knew about it and have drove 1 time a big truck !!!
Trucks need to warm up and keep air pressure so they will run at idle more than cars.

For the sheep, do you worry about predators? Are the bears, wolves, coyotes in your are?
We have all those predators yes, but we have a big white Great Pyrenees dog he guards the sheep.
We're going to need our Montana lodge delivered next year.
Where are you building it? I only deliver with my short semi up to about 100 miles. Any further than that we hire full size semi trucks to deliver. The short semi works really well locally in the small tight building sites that we have almost everywhere here. But for longer distances, the longer trailer is more efficient.
See how nice and neat and tidy the sections are wrapped together. Ope we see it when its all erected.

The more I see these videos the more I want one of these beauties on my property in northern Wisconsin. Does your company offer a tour of your plant or models? If I built something it might be 5 years out or so but I've looked at your models online and have some ideas. Would love to make a trip sometime to Montana and check that area out and see how your operation works. Keep up the great work on the videos!
Absolutely we offer tours of the Meadowlark operation. In addition we can give you a tour of some nearby log homes.
We recently built a Swiss Chalet log home in the wilderness of northern Michigan not too far from the Porcupine Mountains.
Our crews have assembled 30 or more Meadowlark log homes in Wisconsin.
Michigan, Wisconsin and Minnesota have been good markets because they’re not too far super away and have lots of wild lands for log homes.

If you would see our view, you would realize a lot of glass is necessary because it’s so awesome.

I just love the look of the logs! Would love to have one but am kind of tied to home with a disabled husband, here in Western WA. ... but it's nice to dream. If I were 15 years earlier and my husband was capable, it would be great to retire in one of your homes.

Wow. Miriam is hosting a speaker at church tonight. His name is Larry from the Father‘s Heart Ministry in Ronan Montana. This is the school where Miriam went through a course. Currently she is our lead barista and does excellent coffee!
