      Sick man! You should make a video of it. I’m excited for you to finally get rolling back on the road ☺️

    Every time I feel like I'm going to give up on my BK2 you post a video! My friends have sold or blown up their genies and I'm on my 3rd engine, I think its time to do a bottom end rebuild! Thanks for keeping hope alive fam!

      Glad you haven’t given up yet haha! Keep the dream alive haha And so far I’ve have no complaints with the engine! It’s on the track more than it’s driving around the streets it seems and it’s been solid! I only built the engine to plan ahead for my final build goals!

      Its me im friends, ive done each one of those things you mentioned, sold one blown one up and sold the 3rd one(that one was a ticking time bomb anyway). But here i am looking for a 4th one in the near future to throw all my money at. Idk what it is about these damn cars they piss you off but then they always find a way to make you come back to them!

      @@em2attichaha oh no! I hear so many horror stories of other people blowing their engines, 3.8 and 2.0T. But then I also hear the guys that are over 200,000 miles and still going strong!

    Unfortunately, I have a stock 2016 Genesis Coupe 3.8. Hopefully I can get enough money to sell the car and buy a G87 M2 someday. 348 horsepower was nice to experience, but I'm ready fo r the next level.

      And that 348hp on the v6 is crank horsepower. If we’re going by crank horsepower numbers, mine is currently at 462hp to the crank 😊

    I cant wait to see your info on the alpha ecu. Im really hoping its dumny proof and not hard to figure out like they say. I would really like the link setup but if the alpha does it all for almost $1k usd cheaper then im all for it. Btw im still jelly of your Canadian spec BK2 2.0t with push start, sunroof and a oem manual lol.

      I’ll be making a video on the alpha x ecu once I start using it as well! Thanks for tuning in :) And I’ve definitely heard that before about the Canadian gens haha This model also had a back up camera with the nav system, although I think the stock nav is kind of junk lol

      @em2attic 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @alphagenperformance sounds good ill be looking forward to the videos. Man i rather have the crappy nav over the plain blue screen that comes in all of them lol!!

    Did you end up going with the gsc cams?

    • @alphagenperformance
      @alphagenperformance  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Yessir! Stage 1 cams are still good on oem ecu. Stage 2+ requires aftermarket ecu, which I’ll have running in my car in the near future.

    Great results! I am just wondering what kind of numbers will i make w the 3point8 stuffed turbo if i just put on a cat back exhaust leaving both cats intact.

      Thanks! Who knows, but I’m always curious with other setups! Feel free to post it in here when you do get on the dyno :)

    The Deatsch Werks 320 lph fuel pump drops right in with no modification to the basket! With plug and play injectors, positive and negative are reversed so you will need to swap the pins around on the harness so that positive matches positive and negative matches negative.

      Thanks for the tip Chuck! I do have a dw300 currently sitting in a box and the modified OEM 1050cc injectors. I’ll probably start doing that near the end of the season so I can enjoy the car as much as possible until winter.
