Not bad at all, but I feel like the main issue I take with modern rock/metal style covers in general is that there's so much focus on the vocal stylization that a lot of emotion is muddied or lost in favor of making the piece sound harder. I LOVE the slight recontextualization & focus on the more sinister lyrics, but I also feel like it sounds too... clean? Clinical? Considering the subject matter? A lot of the original obsession & desire & eroticism are lost in this, despite very solid vocals & instrumentals.
