day 9 complete! feeling a bit under the weather but i still wanted to move a little bit, so i'm glad this day was a bit easier on me ^^ i'm definitely going to keep that shoulder-elbow-wrist connection in mind, i tried checking my movements in the mirror and my arms look very fluid! i have broad shoulders and long arms so not looking stiff and awkward in my upper body can be quite the challenge. this is so helpful, thank you! :)

Yep! Just pop on any song you like and repeat the move until it feels more comfortable. 😊
