    Please clarify to adjust dimension text height in different view ports. The text shall be same through out the drawing i.e in all view ports, in print out.

    Fabulous tutorial. There is so much contained in many of ACAD dialog boxes, with sub-menus and options, to the novice it's hard to see the "wood from the trees", print Manager is typical of this. Your tutorial is systematic and clear at explaining each part of the dialog box.

    I feel you, something that seems to be lacking in the mobile version. Unless it's in the subscriber or paid version, just isn't clear or visibly shown as well as the command line bar interface. Reckon I'm looking for the whole application in a tablet mobile version with limited to no internet access.

    I have only 1 question, I am confused about this point
    1/ what is job of scale if I do page setup layout? What is the difference between 1:1, 1:2, 1:8 and... In this position?

    Well explained. But I have a little doubt. Why is the plot scale in page setup manager set to 1:1. You said it won't affect the drawing. But why 1:1 exactly? What happens if not?

  • @mohamedomar510
    @mohamedomar510 ปีที่แล้ว

    Suppose you have a new project and you want to create a new background based on old drawing that has an X scale , how would you change that scale to an Y scale for your new projecct?, in other worlds, how would you convert different drawings scale to another (e.g. 1:100 to 1:150, or 1:1/4" to 1:1/2")??

As soon as I try to create layout and click on layout - Base - from model space.............system ask me to retrieve autodesk Inventor part . Even though I click on from model space Don't know why is it taking me to Inventor directory?? Not able to change the directory.

    Hi I just wanted to know if you could create video of converting the file into pdf andthen measuring the same thing as per the scale in pdf. I want it to be scaled any drawing in scale from layout tabs only not from model space and set your viewport to fit to window.
    That would be great help!

    Hello Gentleman,

    ortho , polar tracking , dynamic inputs and the scale to be set up for imperial units before start
    drawing .
    I am using AutoCAD 2010 version.
    Can i expect your assistance.Thank with regards, bye

    My drawing is in meters. I think in the page setup manager there are only two options: mm and inches. I think it interprets 1 unit of wheat ever the drawing is in as 1 unit of either mm or inches. Do you have to do a little math to figure out the proper scale.
