@@Ezio470keep the emphasis on "full strength" as not really though. Since he hasn't really pushed so far to sweat a single time on any fights yet. (even the capital sized upwards I am atomic) He only let the enemies hit him on occassions, to increase the flare of his performance. (He's probably got a limit though, maybe large nation scale at best)
