Great job! Last time I was at the doctor I was kinda shocked cuz I weighed 145 ( I’m 5’5 for reference ) and I clearly gained some weight over the holidays, but that’s ok. Anyways I’ve been doing so well because now I’m at around 122 and I am so much happier, and yea! Hope u have a good day and keep up the good work, as I too am trying to do 😂

Just made the cookies right now. I only had vegan margarine with different seeds and it turned out great, the seeds even added a bit of a crunch! Great recipe! :)
@@berlinlarue 180 degrees celsius :) i think she mentions it somewhere in the video, and even if she doesn't, 180 degrees celsius is like a standard for me personally for most baked things, so i always go for that except if it's stated differently :)
Hi there! A breakfast I like eating is salt and vinegar rice crackers toasted (but don't burn them) then spread peanut butter on top, chopped bananas on top and a drizzle of honey. It tastes great! Thankyou!
my half a carrot ended up giving me 6 tbsp of shredded carrot so I tripled the carrot cake recipe and ended up with 6 cupcakes and then some. added some pumpkin seeds on the top before baking which added to the crunch. was super duper yummy, so thank you for that!
The preztel buns make me think of profiterole, a famous french dessert that I loooove ! Just cut the bun in half and add some vanilla ice cream plus melted chocolate on top like you did ;)

Since you have date syrup I strongly suggest you try mixing it with tahini it’s sooo delicious. It’s a staple in every house in Iraq, we eat it all the time. Do it to your liking. For example, if it was too sweet add tahini if not sweet add more date syrup. Dip some bread in it and enjoy! . By the way, we call it ( rashi wa dibis ) dibis is the date syrup and rashi is the tahini. I hope you try it in the next video and let me know what you think ✨🦋

that single seeving chocolate chip cookie was amazing. i love that its sweet salty. mine turned out kind of fail cuz it became crumbly and broke too much, but maybe cuz i didnt have applesauce or not enough butter
Reasons why the pretzels didn’t stayed pretzels : 😊 1. After adding the second batch of flour it’s need another rest. 2. After parting the dough to balls it’s need like another 15 minutes rest so the gluten can relax. 3. After shaping to pretzels form stretch the pretzels with your hands,like make the holes bigger and then let them proof again until double in size, the soda water solution should be simmering and the pretzels should be poached for about a minute on each side and only than- into the oven :) I LoVe your channel!!! i love love love the carrot cake recipe! i have a microwave oven and i used the microwave feature for my first carrot cake for around 2 mins. it was SO GOOD. but there was a lot smoke coming out of the microwave 😬 on my 2nd try i used the oven feature and it wasn't as good. i felt like it was either overbaked or the dough was overworked (probably my fault--i added the sugar last minute after mixing because i forgot) i also didn't have the patience to wait for 20 minutes and an extra 10 minutes.
If you don't want to wait 1 hour for your dough to rise, you can put the bowl in the oven preheated to 40-50°C. It will shorten the time by about 30-20 minutes.

For those who want to microwave the carrot cake: - I microwaved mine for 6 1/2 minutes 😂 because every minute I stuck a pick in it, it came out wet. DO NOT MICROWAVE FOR THAT LONG. My cake hardened a few minutes after I took it out. It’s more like a granola bar now. - However, my cake was definitely not cooked after 1 minute, so I would say 2-4 min tops.
Lovely recipes as always, will definitely try some of them! :D But I want to say, that there is usually no need to preheat your oven btw, I never did that and everything I bake always turns out exactly how it's supposed to ^^ And I even turn off the oven a few minutes before my meals are ready, because the oven is still hot for a while obviously and I can use the rest-heat then... just to be a bit more sustainable and save a little money ^^

I have a single serve pretzel recipe that works great Ingredients: For the dough: 1/3 cup of warm water 1 teaspoon of yeast 1 teaspoon of sugar 2/3 cup of flour (any flour) Pinch of salt vegetable oil For soaking: 1/3 cup boiling water 3 teaspoons baking soda. Instructions: In a bowl mix your warm water with the yeast and sugar and let it set for 5 -10 minutes then add in your flour and salt and mix add more flour until it's not sticky and it can be kneaded Then cover and let set for 1 hour in a bowl add in your hot water and baking soda and place your pretzel in the baking soda - water mixture for 30 seconds place on a greased baking sheet (optional, sprinkle with sesame seeds) then bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes at 250° fahrenheit let cool then enjoy 😊

I tried making the cookies in the microwave! They don't get crispy, but they can be done cooking from 1 minute, to a minute and 30 seconds.
