Thank you for the video. My mother bought this camera in the 1970s and I found it in a cupboard the other day. I am thinking about trying it out. The tips in your video are very helpful. The foam in mine is long gone, so I will use the black tape method you mentioned below.

Hi, good choice, and yes it takes standard 35mm film, either colour or black and white, of which there is a huge variety available, wish you well and lots of enjoyment...

I have this same camera it's very basic and fun to use. I like rangefinders

Hi Steve, totally agree with you, the F model seems to be the most popular version, lovely carry about camera with great optics, do you use it often?

@@thephotographersbag so far shot one role of bnw and it developed perfectly. Going to start using more now I know it works good. Going to use it for street photography. Next roll is Fujifilm c200

This is a zonefocus camera, not a rangefinder. But a fun camera nevertheless!

Hello. I have this camera, and the foam lining on mine has desintegrated. I've removed all the crumbly foam I could and cleaned it up. Can I still use the camera like this or will the film get exposed? Thanks.

Hi, it's fine to remove the old material, use black tape around the back door after loading and you should be fine, I use this method frequently when I am out of foam 🙂

    Hello Friend how are you?
Good video, thank you very much for sharing. I tell you, yesterday they brought me this camera that I had with me from 8 years ago and now I want to start using it. It turns out that the shutter is stuck and the battery it uses was damaged, I changed it and the photometer didn't work for me :(
I sent it to be fixed, I hope it will be fixed to use it as it is.
    Sorry my english lol
