My thanks to you for making it look simple. I got my hands on an ultrasuede set last week and the install was flawless. It does upgrade the look tremendously.
What do you think about the increased difficulty of keeping it clean and proper over time? The fake leather is quite resilient to stain and dust and things.. that’s been my only holdup to doing the trim swap. Also, have you done the Alcantara extended are rest for the center console? If not, why?
So my opinion is anything that is a touch surface should be leather and and other trim the ultrasuede alcantara. I installed the leather extended arm rest in my wrx. Since I don’t touch my dash it doesn’t really get dirty. I do have some gyeon fabric cleaner for the ultrasuede when it does get dirty/scuffed.
@@JoeyMontalto ohh ok. That’s fair. I was going to ask next what your process is for keep the seats in good condition and preventing any soiling or “shining” of the material as your butt causes friction against the microsuede. Have you considered finding the door cards from a GT to finish out the suede look for your vehicle? Since they have a half and half leather and suede panel on them instead of the full leather one in the limited?
2023. Love the Billetworks kit. Love my Ti Shiftknob and Shifter set.

You got the fever. Been there. Nice car, Joey
Do you by chance know how to pop off that trim piece that's under the passenger side portion you removed and above the glove box?
great install I loved it, where can I get the trim next to the shifter and shift boot that was turned into Alcantara?
The shift boot and ebrake boot I picked up from stitch boots.
for the love of god can anyone show a tutorial on a mirror wire tap for radar detectors etc.
