Video idea Mo - You doing commentary on one of your own races would be great...from warm up to celebration - talking through what you are thinking throughout the race etc - be great to learn the mindset of a champion that we can try and emulate in our own races
i like you talking in the car because it is informal and friendly although tell the guy incharge of the camera to watchout for his fingers blocking the lense hahah. also, the window being open made some noise on the footage but it wasnt that bad. i like watching you running because it makes me want to get up and go! Keep it up Mo, it is cool to see you trying something new, and remember interacting with the comunity is a big part of youtube. loved it!

Jakob čop if he were to be doing tempos runs he would do them on the road and some speed work on the track.He usually runs with the Pegasus 34 they have good comfort and very helpful for runner doing long distances

So how much faster should I run sessions like 400s, 600s, 800s 1k, 1mile, Tempo runs etc. How many reps should be done and recovery times. There’s a lot of information around the internet or from various club level coaches... But what do the professional coaches say?
Hello Mo absolute respect. I'm new to running and have a question: I'm 18, my 5k PB is 19:50 and 6:25 mile pace. How do I achieve 6:00 mile pace.I run an average 20 miles per week mostly slow. Your advice would be very appreciated. I love your videos.

But also how a professional athlete does his warming up and cooling downs before and after hard workouts and races would be really interesting to know to put it into comparison with our preparation. I like the video style it's raw and one take, content is better than quality. Do you always eat portions that small? I'd of thought you'd eat bigger meals with the high mileage you run.
How many hours a day do you normally sleep? Do you take naps everyday? It would be nice to see what your normally eat throughout the day as well. Keep it up with the Channel Mo, its really nice to see a little bit of how your daily routine is

Your way of recovery and keeping the body well and not sore all of the time. (Especially when running 100+ miles per week)
