I'm really enjoying this course. Even if I never achieve the 'goal', I'll have learnt a lot just from the warm-ups and cool downs. The hand massage was, as you say, very relaxing. (I spend way too much time holding my smartphone, which no doubt causes a lot of tightness.) Thank you.

I’m still finding my neck hurts whist looking between my thumbs…. Without looking do you know what I may be doing wrong? Thank you for all your lovely help!!…. It’s kick up rep- time! 😊
Really try to reduce the anglde of your neck to the minimum you need in order to still look inbetween the fingers. YOu can really drop the neck a lot, bringing the ears close to the arms and looking upwards.
