    This is a critical discussion for Africa. Most importantly we need to act. We need high quality human capital.

    Thank you Dr and Charles. Our young people need alot of mindset training. Unfortunately as parents and teachers we are lacking in those 2 critical things. We can't pass on what we don't have. Enterprise Uganda should extend its reach out programs
