    Another great location! The grave slabs were in a lovely condition, considering their age. The castle itself now looks, as it did in he middle ages, and built for fortification., due to the need to be defended, in a stout tower with very thick walls! It has a well lived in look about it, and the restorer has done a wonderful job! Thankyou both again for the interesting tour of the area. ................old Tich.

      Kintyre keeps on giving Tich. It is a stunning part of the country, and often overlooked in many ways. And yes, its a rather impenetrable looking fortification!
