Is there any difference between Joint family property, Ancestral Property, HUF property and Coparcener Property.
Sir if two brothers thrown in common stock their personal property in a memorandum of family settlement to be executed in future which is unregistered ,is that unregistered aggriment can pe put in suit to claim share now
सर , आपने कहा की कोई वादी primary ये साबित कर देता है की joint प्रॉपर्टी है तो प्रतिवादी को self acquired साबित करना होगा, अगर वादी जॉइंट प्रॉपर्टी साबित नही कर पाये तो क्या प्रतिवादी को सेल्फ acquired साबित करना पडेगा या नही ?
If in joint business one brother acquired and claims self.acquired and we prove with partnership deed that he was partner n can this be d3clared joint proeprty

what if the karta of the HUF has made a will bequething the entire property to third person. After the death of karta, the probate application was filed by executors. An administrator was appointed by Court and the entire property was given to Administrator. The point that this property is not self acquired property of Testator was mentioned in the affidavit in support of caveat. Should we need to file seperate suit for declaration against administrator.
Take this objection in the same court and thereafter file a separate suit for patition.

दो भाई की पत्नी के नाम से ज्वाइंट प्रॉपर्टी है पुण अपने केवल को अपने ससुर जी को बेच देती हैं पुण दोनों भाइयों ने अपनी पत्नी को अलग अलग डेट में रजिस्ट्री करवा लेती है अब एक दखल कब्जा है और एक को बिहार सरकार कब्जा मिला है इसमें क्या हो सकता है
