Quick question and hope you might be able to assist. I always fit coolant exactly to where your max coolant is, however when the car gets warm I am constantly getting coolant leaking via the overflow cap and coolant gets very hot. I changed the coolant cap twice (BMW OEM), I also changed the coolant expansion tank and I still have the same symptom. Coolant is always coming out of the overflow section in the expansion tank and cap via PSI pressure release valve section. I did change the coolant a few years ago (50/50) mix, and ran the BMW bleed procedure several times to make sure there were no bubbles in the system. Radiator fan does turn on at 94C - checked via BMW hidden menu in the car and the temp drops quickly to 90 C and fan switches off. Any ideas why coolant would keep overflowing like this? BMW E90 335i '07.

It a anti freeze coolant liquid that the engine need. Water will freeze in winter so it must be a liquid down to below freezing point.
