Ingredient List
1/4 Cup Oil
2 Medium Size Onion Cut in slices,
1 Tbsp. Ginger/Garlic Paste,
1 Large size Tomato Blend,
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1/4 Tsp. Turmeric Powder
1/2 Tsp. Red Chilli Powder
1/2 Tsp Red Chilli Flakes
1 Tsp. Cummin Powder
1 1/2 Tsp. Coriander Powder
1/2 Kg Spinach ,
250 Gram Poatoes
2 Green Chilli Cut in Between
1/4 Tsp. Garam Masala Powder,

Huma, recipe looks good but I would not cover and cook palak for 5 mins, cook it uncovered only for 2 mins. By covering it, fresh green color is destroyed. Also fry or boil potatoes so that it does not cook for a longer time and spoil palak natural green color. take care and plz add nice baigan recipe soon. Seemi from US.
