Aloo Palak.
Ingredients:
Oil : 80 gms
Zeera : 1/2 tbsp
Onion Chopped : 1 medium
Garlic crushed : 1 tbsp
Green Pepper Crushed : 5- 6 pcs.
Potatoes Cubed : 150 gms.
Tomatoes : 2 medium.
Salt : per taste.
Red Chilli powder : 1/2 Tbsp.
Turmeric : 1/2 tsp.
Corriander powder : 1 Tbsp
Red Crushed Pepper : 1 Tbsp.
Spinach : 1 Kg with stalk.
Green Pepper : 3 long sliced.
Garam Masala : 1/2 tbsp.
Procedure:
1) Heat Oil in pan.
2) Add Zeera. Stir for 30 sec.
3) Add Onion. Saute for 1 minute.
4) Add Garlic. Add Green Pepper.
4) Add potato. Saute for two minutes.
5) lower heat. Cover and cook for 5 to 6 minutes.
6) Add tomotoes, Salt, Red Chilli powder, Turmeric, and Corriander powder.
7) Cover and cook for 3 minutes.
8) Add Red Crushed Pepper. Add chopped spinach without stalk.
9) Mix well. Meium flame. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
10) Add Green pepper. Dry water. Add Garam Masala. Mix well. it's done.
