I made this today as aloo gajar palak.. i added 3 potatoes, 3 carrots, 2 big tomatoes cut in long slices then made as per your instructions… in the end I didn’t fully dry out the sabzi, added some cream… it was soo good… only problem is that it’s very less for my family… next time I’ll double the recipe… thank you chef!

Make this vegetable exactly as shown by Chef in an iron kadhai and taste the difference, of course an iron kadhai is meant for cooking , not storing , so remove in serving dish as soon as it is ready.
